Liliya Galabova was born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, in 1991. Her first introduction to Spanish culture occurred still in Bulgaria, where she studied at the Bilingual Institute Miguel de Cervantes. This experience led her to choose Spain as a country to pursue her career.
In 2010 she moved to Madrid to study Product Design at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED). The summers of 2010 and 2011 she spent in Barcelona, doing an internship at the industrial design studio Design Code. She also did a 3-month internship at the Alvaro Catalan de Ocón Studio in Madrid, in 2014.
Liliya is specializing in Home Design, but up to date has completed several projects of social and urban character. She is also interested in jewelry design and her first collection, Experiment, is soon to be presented to the public.
During her university years, she has participated in the exhibition Recycle Madrid, held in 2011 at Cosmo Caixa building. Moreover, in 2012 she won a competition for the Corte Inglés, where, together with other fellow-students
